What Personal Data We Collect and Why We Collect It

  1. No data is being collected by any of the F(n)Gravity website except as specifically described in this list.
  2. Data regarding all visitors to our website are collected anonymously by Google and reported to us as anonymized data. These reports are used by F(n)Gravity solely to determine the effectiveness of our marketing strategies. All information is retained and controlled by Google. No information from Google is stored by F(n)Gravity.
  3. When you send an email to F(n)Gravity by way of our Email Us page, we receive:
    1. Your email address,
    2. Your name as you provide it in the form,
    3. Whatever information you provide in the message body or your email, and
    4. The IP address of the device sending the email and the browser user agent string.
  4. The first 3 items are used solely to respond to your inquiry. The 4th item is collected to help spam detection.
  5. No third parties will have access to any information described above.
  6. You are welcome to request access to any information we have on our users, although the response will always be that we have none.
  7. Each user can request that we rectify, erase, and/or block all of the data that we have for that user, although the response will always be that we have no such data.
  8. Changes to this policy will be reported on this webpage. We cannot inform prior users of any changes to prior privacy policy provisions because we have no information on users.
  9. The effective date of the privacy policy is April 15, 2020.
